β Found another new, unusual and very interesting recipe for cooking minced meat. It turns out juicy, tasty and beautiful. You can safely cook not only for lunch or dinner, but even for a festive table. Surprise your guests! It is very tasty hot, and no worse when cold. It's easier to cook than cutlets: you don't need to sculpt or fry anything.
I really fell in love with this easy-to-prepare meat dish. And also, each time you can do it with a different filling and already have a new taste in the dish.

I add grated onion, garlic to the minced meat (or you can twist it together with the minced meat in a meat grinder), an egg, your favorite seasonings and salt. We mix.
