Nuggets. Many people love them, including me. But how long have I not eaten nuggets - after all, they are so high-calorie, fried in the sea oil. But you, dear readers, prompted me to an experiment that was successful!

Delicious and juicy nuggets are ready, and I have not used a drop of oil! KBZHU turned out to be very attractive.

đź“ŚIngredients used for cooking:

  • turkey breast fillet - 600 g,
  • a pack of loaves (ideally whole-grain rye) - it took me 90 g of loaves,
  • 1 chicken egg
  • soy sauce - 15 g,
  • my favorite seasonings are: salt, black pepper, dry garlic, suneli hops, juniper seasoning.

Wash the breast and dry well.

Cut into small pieces of even thickness. It's easier to slice the breast when it's not completely thawed.

It is necessary to marinate the breast in soy sauce and spices. I used my favorite poultry spices - salt, pepper, dry garlic, suneli hops and juniper seasoning.

Meat should be marinated for at least half an hour.

While the meat is marinated, beat 1 egg and prepare the bread.

I ground the crispbreads in a blender grinder.

Dip each piece of breast in an egg - let the excess drain and roll in bread.

We spread it on a baking sheet (I covered it with a silicone mat).

We send the nuggets to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. If you have a convection mode, turn it on for 10 minutes.

That's all!

To make the nuggets juicy - the main thing is not to overexpose them.

KBZhU per 100 g of ready-made dish: K - 156, B - 22.9, F - 2.1, U - 10.8.
