And indeed it is. Hunger strikes, diets - all this, of course, runs, you get rid of excess weight, but the result of short-term and very few people manage to lose weight after a hard diet to keep your weight. Most only gaining more. Including me.

The only thing that helped me lose weight 55 kg and a half years without disruption, delicious and satisfying eating - is to maintain a caloric deficit.

Starting with a small deficit, gradually get used to a new lifestyle and seamlessly and easily grow thin. Only a 15-20% reduction in caloric intake by their standards.

I once cooked for a long time like that, but no one in the family did not like, including me, because it was baking in the corn flour.

For lunch I had yesterday potato casserole with minced chicken (300g) and vegetables: tomato and cucumber - a total of 120 g

I get dinner on 380 kcal.

I'm always happy when there is a dish that you can relax and eat and try to cook for a few days.

And those who believe that the food in the first place should be freshly prepared - let stand at the stove forever.

After dinner I had a bath with salt and soda and ate there 120g of mandarins - 40 kcal. That's like something to bring a chew while taking bath.

But I had to cook dinner. Although not too much time has gone.

At dinner today chicken breast fried with onions with spices and then braised with broccoli.

You do not like broccoli? Perhaps you just do not know how to cook it).

Dinner 250 grams of chicken breast with broccoli - 165 kcal.

After dinner tea took 20 g of dried cranberries - 60 kcal.

Total for the day came in 1235 kcal.

Be sure to drink water - about 2-2.3 liters of clean water a day is now my rate.

Someone might remember, I told that became applied to the face and neck mask of blue clay, and after only a few applications saw the effectiveness of such a mask? So, it's been a few weeks and during that time I have made a total of 6-7 masks, about 2 times a week. I want to say that the skin on the neck under the chin tightened completely and there is even a hint that it's a little wrinkle.
