Very often my children set the tone for my dishes. There is no way to cook for each family member at his request, so the choice is limited by the preferences of the kids.
We have heard about the benefits of cottage cheese since childhood, but I myself do not charge with cottage cheese in the morning, so I cannot demand this from others. The other day, the child said that with great pleasure he ate a casserole in the garden and would love to have dinner with her at home! I seized on this offer, and from the first time it turned out great for me. I donβt know how itβs right, how not, I only write about what I cook myself, and what everyone eats with pleasure.
Objectively, it doesn't always turn out tasty), but it's not about the casserole !!
So, to make the casserole, I needed the following products:
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Curd 9% -400 gr.
- Sugar - 2-3 tablespoons
- Semolina - 3 tablespoons
Put cottage cheese, sugar in a bowl, break the eggs and beat with a mixer for several minutes until smooth.
Add semolina to the dough, and leave the finished dough to stand for 30 minutes, during which time the semolina will swell a little.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease a baking dish (small) with butter.
Pour out the dough and place in the oven for 30 -35 minutes.
The dough rises in the oven, when you take the casserole out of the oven, it will settle a little, but this will not affect the taste in any way.
That's all. Cut into pieces. If desired, you can pour with jam or sour cream.
Bon Appetit everyone!
