A "natural" way to protect yourself from ticks with the help of ants. Effective and without chemicals.

Today, continuing a series of articles about ticks, I will tell about the "natural" way of protection from these dangerous insects with the help of ants. I learned about this method from my old friend, who is an avid mushroom picker and has been using this method for a long time. According to her, he has never failed and is much more effective than chemicals. This summer I will definitely try this method of tick control without chemistry.

All we need is towel or any other rag and anthill. We thoroughly moisten our fabric with water and place it in an anthill. for 30-40 minutes, during this time, the fabric is saturated with formic acid. After that, we take a towel, shake it, getting rid of ants, and run it all over the clothes, you can also run it over open areas of the body. Ticks cannot tolerate ant odors and will stay away from you.

A friend told me that this method is popular with experienced taiga people. Initially, it was like this - a person put his hand on the anthill and held it for one minute, then ran it through his hair, neck, and calf. Also in the anthill

you can put clothes better without pockets, so that later it would be easy to shake it off of the ants. I think that the hand method is too superfluous, but you can put some item from the wardrobe in the anthill, for example, a scarf. With such a scarf, not a single tick will get into your hair. If there is no anthill nearby, then you can take care of protection from ticks in advance - buy formic acid or formic alcohol at any pharmacy and apply them to clothing and body. I liked the article - rate her fingers up and if not signed yet, subscribe to the channel!
