Cabbage 500g shinkuem knife. Cut finely. On a coarse grater rub the carrot one, or you can also finely chop it with a knife.
Add 2-3 cloves of crushed garlic and salt - half a tablespoon.
Prepare the marinade. In a saucepan, pour 1 cup of water, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, and put any spices to taste.
I usually put a bay leaf, a few peppercorns, coriander (1 teaspoon). Herewith the marinade to a boil, boil for 1-2 minutes, then add 50 ml apple cider vinegar. Once again boils - remove from heat and pour the cabbage.
