Some nasty weather and constant headache. And painkillers help a maximum of half an hour, and sometimes even do not help.

After our trip to the Friday fish shop I still have a little fish, which means I shikuyu again.

Today for breakfast sandwiches with salted salmon: Rye-wheat bread (60 g), butter (less than 10 grams) and 60 grams of salmon.

Green tea and capsule of omega -3 at breakfast - it is obligatory. As I said with vitamins until I break, cutting the course.

The result tomorrow 370 kcal.

Yesterday, I thought - and what I bake in the oven. I know that many baked pies, including apple pie in a pan - quick and tasty speak.

So I decided in the evening, in his rapid bake apple pie for dinner in a frying pan. I do not argue, it turns very quickly, once or twice and you're done. But what tastes better than in the oven - with this I bet. There is no substitute baking in a good electric oven.

But when pressed for time, and for example, the guests suddenly came the 10-15 minutes you can get snacks for tea.

Yesterday I did not try it, what I did, and here today in the snack tasted.

80 g PP charlotte with green tea came at me on 120 kcal.

Even today, while preparing lunch ate 20 g of peanuts - 110 kcal.

And for dinner, I cooked the most tender pumpkin and cheese soup.

I do not know what forces help me to resist one more small plates such soup. But every time I know exactly what would have eaten more, but full.

450 g of the cheese pumpkin soup for lunch and a slice (15 g), wholemeal bread - 190 kcal. Total! I soup sprinkled with smoked paprika, it gives an unforgettable taste and flavor and add a teaspoon of yogurt.

One hour after dinner I saw green tea 20 g chocolate 75% and 15 g of dried cranberries - 155 kcal.

At dinner today for the whole family cooked bulgur and stewed chicken livers.

My dinner - 150 g boiled bulgur and 250 g of chicken liver (with gravy). It turned out to dinner 380 kcal.

Recently very much like bulgur. I love buckwheat and can eat it all the time, but is increasingly replacing bulgur buckwheat from my heart and stomach.

Total for the day turned 1325 kcal. During days drank 2 liters of water, and drinking green tea.
