Of course, the recipe is well known. We all remember its taste and, of course, we continue to cook now, because it is prepared very simply and always turns out to be very tasty!

But here I will show you how to cook one of them. Delicious cake from childhood!

Of course, the main thing here is the cream. Someone simply smeared the cakes with boiled condensed milk (or even not boiled), someone mixed condensed milk with butter.

And I also add sour cream to this cream. It gives a pleasant sourness and the cake is much tastier. "Not cloying" (although there is a minus in this - it's hard to stop on one piece)!

I mix 2 tablespoons in a bowl. sour cream (I usually take 20%), 150 g of softened butter and a can of condensed milk (I always use boiled, but you don't have to boil it - it will also be delicious).

I beat it all with a mixer to get a homogeneous cream.

It remains to collect the cake. I put some cream on the bottom of the cake dish so that the cake does not slip. I spread the first cake, grease it with cream, the second cake - and again the cream.

Then I grease the third cake with cream and spread some salted peanuts on it. I take salty - it tastes better with it. You can add any nuts, or you can add nothing at all, except for the cream - here it is already to your taste.

I collect the cake further. I have a pack of 8 cakes. There is just enough cream. I also grease the top cake with cream and sprinkle with peanuts again.

You can, of course, decorate the cake with chocolate icing. But this complicates the recipe. And to be honest, we don't really like chocolate in cakes. So beautiful too!
