I thought that now is the twenty-first century, a lot of gadgets useful for the kitchen, including, and I'm more and more the old-fashioned way, but the old-fashioned way. No, I started the electric meat grinder. I use it.
But the multicooker has been in the closet for several years. She didn’t come to me at all, and it’s worth it, we’re in it the maximum, what we do is cook porridge.
At first, I even tried to make homemade cheese in it. I'll tell you about this experience sometime. Then he scored.
I tried to somehow master the shaitan machine - on the forums (and not only) they write that it is good to bake in it. It didn't work. The oven is more convenient.
An electric BBQ grill is adjacent to the multicooker.
Not a bad thing in general, I cooked in it several times. Here are just pictures of the process of cooking chicken kebab at home.
This is how pickled chicken pieces look like, only skewered.
And so - when ready.
Minus - there is not enough haze aroma. But, if you do not have a summer residence and, in general, the opportunity to get out into nature, then such a barbecue will go great. It doesn’t burn, fuss - a little, only to wash the kebab maker later is not quite a thrill.
In general, I confess, taking care of kitchen appliances is annoying. If only because I love it when it looks perfect - after all, the kitchen, contact with food and so on.
Care for this miracle is not easy, I say right away. But it's worth it! Weber grill (not the most expensive model). Handsome, isn't he?
And this is where porterhouse ginger steaks are prepared (do you need a recipe?)
A couple of steaks, 3 tbsp. l. oil for frying, 2 tbsp. l. peeled grated ginger, 1 ½ tsp. l. ground black pepper, 3 tbsp. l. seeds, and sesame seeds, 1 tsp. l coarse salt and ½ tsp. l. freshly ground black pepper for seasoning with the tricky name "sesame salt".
Mix oil, ginger, salt and pepper, grease the resulting mixture on both sides of the steaks. Let the steaks stand for 15-30 minutes at room temperature before frying, while it is standing - we cook the sesame season (I will give a separate recipe later, now there is not enough space).
Cook steaks in direct high heat under a closed lid for medium rare 6-8 minutes, turning 1-2 times. Remove from the grill and let them breathe for 3-5 minutes.
Weber's grill, of course, is an outdoor one, but at home I dearly love the Tefalevsky optigril.
This is a Medium-Roasted Pepper Steak. This is exactly what I love the most.
The handsome man turned out.
Yes, there is no haze scent, but the controls are very simple. Chose the button of what exactly you will cook, preheat the grill and go.
What are your favorite kitchen appliances?
