- a pinch of baking powder,
- salt to taste.
Let's cook.
Diced ham and small tomato half (about 50 g).
Cheese rub on a coarse grater.
Splitting into a bowl of chicken egg, stir it well, add ham, cheese, tomato, yogurt and stir.
The rice flour add baking powder, stir and leave for the common bowl. All mix well. Salt to taste.
Go to the plate.
Bake on a nonstick frying pan without oil on both sides for 2 minute. Be sure the lid.
