✅👌I can't remember a more versatile vegetable than zucchini, except perhaps potatoes. Zucchini itself does not have a pronounced taste, therefore it is very good in cutlets, pancakes, stews, pies and even jam.
Today I want to invite you to cook a very tasty appetizer from young zucchini.
✨ I'm sure even if you didn't really like this vegetable before, trying this appetizer you will change your opinion about it.
✨ Thanks to the marinade, the appetizer turns out to be very balanced in taste and moderately spicy - there is nothing to remove or add.
📕To prepare a snack, you will need the following ingredients: 🥙
Young zucchini, small size - 2 pcs.
Lemon juice or apple cider vinegar (6%) - 4 tbsp l.
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp l.
Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp l.
Honey or granulated sugar - 1 tsp l.
Fresh dill greens - a small bunch
Garlic - 2 cloves
Ground black pepper to taste
Sesame seeds

In principle, any zucchini can be marinated in this way, but it is from the young that the appetizer turns out to be the most delicious. They are more juicy, crunchy, and most importantly - they do not need to be peeled and tough seeds. The most convenient way to cut the zucchini is with a vegetable cleaner. First, we cut off their ends, and then we cut them into thin long "ribbons". If there is no peeler, we take a knife and try to cut as thin as possible, almost transparent plates. Place the zucchini strips in a deep bowl.
And we begin to prepare the marinade. ⤵️⤵️⤵️
Wash dill, dry and chop finely, pour into another deep bowl, smaller in size. Pour lemon juice, oil, soy sauce there. Pour a little ground black pepper into the dressing, add honey or sugar. Grind the garlic with a grater or press, also send it to the marinade.
Mix everything well so that the honey / sugar is completely dissolved in the liquid.
Pour the marinade into the zucchini, also sprinkle them with sesame seeds. If desired, sesame seeds can be browned in a dry skillet - this will make it more fragrant.
Stir so that each strip of zucchini is covered with a fragrant mixture.
Basically, that's all! The snack can be eaten immediately. But it is tastier, of course, if it stands for at least a couple of hours in the refrigerator. The appetizer is good for meat, especially for kebabs, or ordinary fried potatoes.
