Fried or baked chicken wings are an easy-to-prepare dish with a fairly casual flavor. But even they can be prepared in a special way, for example, by pre-soaking them with marinade. Thanks to him, you can significantly change the taste of a familiar dish, making it much richer.
Today there are a huge number of different marinades with completely different tastes, but they all usually include 3 essential components - acid, fat and flavor. In the proposed version of the preparation of the marinade, we use lemon juice as an acid, it is he who softens the meat fibers and makes the meat more tender. It is often replaced with pomegranate juice, orange juice, or vinegar is used. Fat helps to preserve meat juices inside the meat, as if enveloping the product. Vegetable oil will perfectly cope with this task. As for the flavors, everything is clear here, a large set of spices will make the wings more aromatic, spicy, and also bring them to the desired taste.
The marinade for chicken wings according to this recipe has a pronounced sweet and sour taste with a searing aftertaste due to ginger and pepper.

Ingredients:
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce - 6 tablespoons
Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons
Natural honey - 2 tbsp.
Ground garlic - 1 tsp
Ground sweet paprika - 1 tsp
Ground coriander - 1 tsp
Ground ginger - 0.5 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
How to cook:
Prepare a deep mixing bowl and the listed foods. The quantity is calculated for 800 g of chicken wings.
Pour the required amount of vegetable oil and soy sauce into the container. This mixture will be in two layers even after thorough mixing.
Next, add the indicated rate of tomato sauce. Any tomato ketchup of your choice will do. For a more concentrated flavor, the sauce can be replaced with pasta.
Pour in natural honey. Use only liquid. Otherwise, pre-melt the candied honey in a water bath until the desired consistency is obtained.
Next, send the whole set of spices to the main composition, namely dry ginger, garlic, sweet paprika and coriander. Dry ginger, if desired, can be replaced with fresh grated root. The same goes for garlic. This list can be supplemented with other spices.
Add salt and pepper to taste. For lovers of spicy dishes, I advise you to use the red type of ground pepper or chopped fresh chili pod. While adding salt, stir the mixture in parallel and taste it.
Pour in the amount of granulated sugar. Then squeeze the juice out of the citrus for a balanced flavor.
Now mix all the components carefully for several minutes to completely dissolve the honey, sugar crystals and salt. At the same time, you do not need to interrupt it with a blender, just use a spoon.
Then let the marinade stand for 2 minutes, stir again.
Pour it over the chicken wings. Marinate them for the next 60 minutes, and then cook in any convenient way - in the oven, in a pan, grill, and so on.
