Today I'll tell you about a recipe for a delicious and very satisfying, and most importantly healthy dish, I think that working (and not working) housewives will appreciate it. To speed up the process, I boil bulgur or rice until half cooked, and in the evening I just send everything to the oven.
This time I used bulgur, poured two glasses of cereal with two mills of water and boiled over medium heat with the addition of salt.
I transfer Bulgur to a greased form. I almost always have frozen vegetables in my freezer: broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, and even green peas. Any of these vegetables will work. Today I have cauliflower inflorescences, I put them on top of the bulgur slightly "sinking".
Also, there is almost always minced meat with the addition of onions and garlic, after defrosting it, it remains only to salt and add spices. I make small meatballs from minced meat and put them in a mold.
I put small cherry tomatoes in the free space, you can also replace them with ordinary ones by cutting them into several parts. I fill everything with cream at room temperature and put it in the oven for 40 minutes. The oven needs to be preheated to 190 degrees. Those who love cheese can grate it and add it 5 minutes before being done.
