Today I will share a recipe for a delicious pate, which caught my eye quite by accident. There are only two ingredients in its composition, and this is what attracted me. It took me exactly 6 minutes to prepare it!
The basis of the pate is lightly salted herring, I just have the last fish left. I salt the herring at home myself according to a cool recipe, it is ready for use in 3 hours, I will give the link below.
So, I cut the peeled fish into small pieces and send them to the blender. The herring needs to be chopped very well.
Next, we send the second ingredient to the blender - cream cheese, about 100 grams. The recipe indicated to use melted cheese with the addition of mushrooms, but I don't understand the combination of mushroom and fish flavors, so I took cream cheese without any additives.
I add one spoon to the blender.
The mass should be homogeneous. That's all, such a simple, quick and very tasty pate is ready, you can serve it right to the table.
How long such a paste is stored, I cannot say, because it disappeared from us very quickly, it is very tasty.
