Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
As I was able to get rid of the moment55kg.

What is a diet? In fact - this is a short period when we restrict ourselves to eating certain foods and our daily calorie is unlikely to be more than 1000 kcal. And on vegetable diets, and 1000 does not dial.

Naturally, the body experiences stress on a diet. At such a low calorie weight goes. But as the diet can not last forever, we are returning to their diet and regaining the weight, and often even more than it was. What to say about breakdowns during dieting when just out of the fridge with the hunger to make all that catches your eye. Again, we return their kilos and even with friends.

I clearly understand now that if I want to continue to maintain their normal weight - proper nutrition without overeating (weight maintenance at their normal calories) - is for life.

The choice is simple - either we eat everything and get pleasure from eating, or we control our eating behavior and get pleasure from life itself, active and diverse.

And the most important thing! Eat low-calorie, and calories to maintain their rate can be very tasty!

For breakfast, cheese cake - a portion on 360 kcal.

With cake drank green tea. Breakfast turned out delicious and hearty.

Afternoon snack, I took on myself 15 grams of peanuts and 15 g dried cranberries and green tea. The result undershot on 135 kcal.

While there is not planned my vacation was so incidentally, I spend more time cooking and new recipes.

So, soon you expect a lot of delicious retseptik.

For lunch I had cheese and pumpkin soup (450 g) in the soup I added smoked paprika, black pepper, fresh dill and rye bran.

Lunch turned on 160 kcal.

I saw that I had in the evening there is a lot of free calories and after the soup, a snack and a half hours green tea with a sandwich on whole wheat bread (20 g) with curd cheese (10g) salmon and salted (30 g).

Snack turned on 135 kcal.

And in the evening all I cooked mini pizza dough cheesecake. Statement made easy with cheese, tomatoes and put a bit of pickled cucumber.

Dinner turned on 410 kcal.

And yes, carbohydrate dinner I had today at 17 o'clock - do not see anything wrong. Especially since I do not sleep in the 20 hours go to.

And after dinner, just drink green tea.

The day I got 1200 kcal.

Today, I read an article about fasting interval. I interested to be because a few people in the comments of my blog was singing the praises of "Interval starvation."
And here, nutritionist Moscow health department said that fasting interval may slow down your metabolism and cause subsequent weight gain.
To avoid this, a nutritionist recommended not to overeat, eat right and balanced. At the same time, do not skip meals. It is recommended to have at the same time at least three times per day are possible, and two small snacks. And to avoid any hunger.
Apparently, you should think fans interval starvation because - this kind of diet, on which all life will not stay. And the consequences it may have are the same as with all diets.
But everyone chooses for himself his own way.
