Salad for every day, I cook it constantly and does not get bored!

Today I want to share a recipe for Peking Cabbage and Pea Salad. A quick and at the same time very tasty salad for every day, as an addition to lunch or dinner. And I will share a variant of a delicious dressing that will suit any salad where it is suggested to dress with mayonnaise.

Recipe:
Peking cabbage -400-500gr.
Green peas -1b.
For the sauce:
Milk -50 ml.
Vegetable oil -100ml.
Salt -1 / 3 tsp.
Lemon juice -2 tsp
Garlic -1 tooth
French mustard -1 / 2 tsp
Cooking method:
Let's start by filling the jar with 50 ml of room temperature milk with a fat content of 2.5%,
pour in 100 ml of vegetable oil, do not stir, lower the immersion blender, beat until thickened, it takes 15-20 seconds in time, depending on the milk.
Now add 1 clove of garlic, 1/3 tsp salt, add 2 tsp lemon juice, I add take ready-made lemon juice and add French mustard about half a tsp. Once again we punch everything with a blender. At this point, the sauce should thicken even more. This is how the sauce should end up.
We take a small cabbage and cut into strips. Put in a bowl, add a small jar of green peas, first drain the liquid from the pot.
Add the prepared sauce and mix the salad. Taste for salt if necessary. Salad ready. At first glance, it seems that there are only 2 ingredients, but believe me, it doesn't end up being very tasty. I recommend cooking. If desired, of course, you can season with mayonnaise, then the cooking time will be reduced.
