β Looking for a new, unforgettable, and even tasty and quick recipe from cabbage? There he is! Such a cabbage dish is very simple to prepare. It turns out great. I do for dinner, lunch and even breakfast! This dish of cabbage is eaten even by those who dislike it. Checked.
I call this cabbage "tender". Even cold, it is very tasty. But, I still prefer hot stuff. The cabbage comes out soft. By the way, you can add various vegetables, seasonings and get a new taste every time! I cook in a pan or bake in the oven. Very versatile.

Cabbage is suitable, both old and young. Today I am young (she has already started to appear in stores). Finely shredded cabbage.
Tip: π if you have old cabbage, then it is better to grate it on a coarse grater, so it will be tender and cook quickly. It's better to chop the young one.
I put the cabbage in a bowl. I add eggs.
I rub potatoes on a coarse grater. The combination of cabbage and potatoes is amazingly delicious. And potatoes make the dish more tender.
I squeeze out the excess liquid and add the potatoes to the cabbage.
Now, if desired, you can finely chop the onion and add. I will add.
Salt and pepper to taste. You can add some spices. I decided to add dried garlic today. But, even just with salt and pepper, it's very tasty!
By the way, now I throw all the cleaning of vegetables, shells, tea leaves, other food leftovers and even bones right into the sink and nothing gets clogged. And the trash bin is always clean, there are no smells in the kitchen and I take out garbage less often! I cook often and I have a lot of food waste. I heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil and spread the cabbage "dough". My frying pan is 28 cm. in diameter.
