You can cook a lot of cottage cheese. Cheesecakes, for example. Or a sprinkle pie.

But if there is not enough cottage cheese, only one pack, then such cupcakes can be baked from it.

Cottage cheese muffins for tea: if there is cottage cheese left, then I will definitely bake such things

Ingredients:

1 pack of cottage cheese (150-200 gr.)
120 g flour
1 hour l. baking powder
1 tbsp. l. honey
80 gr. butter
100 g Sahara
2 eggs
1 bag of vanilla sugar
30 gr. starch
raisins, nuts, candied fruits, berries, chocolate chips - optional
icing sugar for dusting

How to cook:

1. Melt the butter, cool slightly and mix with honey.

2. Beat eggs with sugar. For a fluffy dough, it is recommended to separately beat the whites and yolks into fluffy masses.

3. Combine cottage cheese in beaten eggs, gently stirring, slightly rubbing it.

4. Sift flour and mix with starch and baking powder.

5. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, curd mass, add vanilla sugar and start adding flour, kneading the dough.

6. Steamed raisins, candied fruit pieces, nuts, grated chocolate or any berries can be added to the finished dough.

7. For baking, it is best to use paper or silicone molds, which do not need to be oiled.

8. Pour the dough into molds in 2/3 of the volume and place in a preheated oven.

9. Bake curd muffins at 175 degrees until tender (you can tell by color). On average, they are baked for about 30-40 minutes.

10. Sprinkle the finished muffins with icing sugar.
