Baked salmon is always festive and tasty. Today we bake this fish with potatoes and a creamy sauce. It is the sauce that will make the dish tender, very soft and aromatic.
Since salmon cooks quickly enough, it is necessary to properly adjust the baking time during the process. In order for the potatoes to cook during this period, they must be cut very thinly. It is better to blast thick slices in boiling water for a few minutes before baking.
Ingredients:
Salmon - 500 gr.
Potatoes - 600 gr.
Cream 25% - 300 ml.
Garlic - 1 clove
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Grated nutmeg - 1 pinch
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Dill - 10 gr.
Salt, ground pepper - to taste
How to cook:
To bake salmon with potatoes in the oven, prepare the necessary foods.
Cut the fish steak by separating the fillet from the ridge, skin and bones.
Cut the salmon into medium-sized pieces. Place in a deep bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper, pour with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix the pieces of fish. Marinate them for about 10 minutes.
At this point, prepare the potatoes - peel the tubers, cut them into as thin slices as possible.
Grease the bottom and sides of a baking dish with vegetable oil. Place potato slices and pieces of salmon inside.
Prepare the fill separately by mixing the cream with salt, pepper and chopped dill. Crush a clove of garlic under a press. Throw the resulting gruel into the sauce, mix.
Pour the creamy sauce over the potatoes and fish.
Place the mold in the oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes. The thinner the potatoes are cut, the faster the dish will cook.
Transfer the potatoes with fish to portioned plates, complement with fresh herbs.
