Ingredients:
Wheat flour- 250 gr.
Kefir(2.5%) - 250 ml.
Sour cream(15%) - 100 gr.
Egg- 3 pcs.
Soda- 0.5 tsp
Salt- taste
Filling:
Canned fish(saury) - 400 gr.
Rice - 150 gr.
Bulb onions- 150 gr.
How to cook:
Prepare all foods. Start by making the filling.
Boil the rice in salted water in advance until tender. The main thing is not to digest, it is better to make it al dente. It will come to full readiness while baking the cake. Cool the rice completely after boiling.
Peel the onion, cut into cubes, fry in oil until soft and golden. Then cool it down.
Remove the saury from the oil, remember with a fork, combine in one container with rice and onions. Mix well, salt if necessary, add ground pepper.
When the filling is ready, start making the dough. Drive eggs into a deep container, add warm kefir and sour cream, add soda and salt. If you like the combination of salty filling and sweet pastries, you can add some sugar to the dough.
Mix the ingredients, add sifted flour at the end.
Beat the dough with an immersion blender until it becomes fluffy and smooth, without lumps.
Cover the form with parchment, pour in exactly half of the batter inside.
Next, lay out the fish filling in full.
Pour the rest of the dough on top, smooth with a silicone spatula.
Place the mold with the workpiece on the middle level of the oven. Bake for another 40-50 minutes, setting the temperature to 180 degrees.
After cooling, cut the fish pie into portions.
All. Can be served on the table.
