I want to share with you a recipe for a very tasty chocolate cream.
The cream is great for making a variety of cakes, pastries and eclairs.
The cream is very simple and quick to prepare.
I use Schogetten chocolateDark dark portioned.
I really like this chocolate. Never in my recipes Schogetten chocolateDark did not let me down.
Glaze, cream or cake prepared on its basis always turn out to be very tasty.
With this cream, you can make a delicious chocolate cake without flour.

Let's cook
150 grams of dark chocolate, 50% cocoa, must be melted. This can be done in the microwave or in a water bath.
Set aside the melted chocolate.
- To 300 grams of soft pasty cottage cheese without grains or creamy cheese
- add 100 grams or 5 tbsp. no topped spoons of powdered sugar
- 30 grams of sifted cocoa
- 300 grams of sour cream, I have sour cream with a fat content of 20%, you can take more fatty sour cream
Stir at low speed of the mixer until smooth and airy.
- Add melted chocolate
Stir at low speed of the mixer until smooth.
The cream is ready.
Sour cream in this recipe can be replaced with thick fatty natural yogurt without additives.
Soft pasty cottage cheese without grains, you can easily and simply make from kefir.
