How to cook
For the filling, I take what is in the fridge. Today I will make a pizza with tomatoes and two types of cheese. You can, of course, add any sausage, olives, bell peppers, boiled or fried chicken fillet, bacon, mushrooms or eggplants to the filling (for pizza I pre-fry them in a pan).
In general, any filling will do. And it will be delicious! Because the main thing in pizza is the dough. And I found the perfect dough for delicious pizza. Moreover, with such a dough, the pizza turns out to be incredibly tasty both in the oven and in a pan!
Sift flour into a bowl, add salt and a little sugar.
Now here - sour cream, cottage cheese, egg and soda, slaked with vinegar or lemon juice. I knead the dough. I take soft cottage cheese. If the grains of cottage cheese are too large, it is better to grind the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind in a blender.
I collect the finished dough into a lump (it may stick slightly to your hands. But it is not advisable to hammer the dough with flour. I just moisten my hands with vegetable oil - then the dough does not require excess flour. I put it in a bag and in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
You can cook in half an hour. Divide the dough into 4 parts. It turns out 4 pizzas (I have a frying pan with a diameter of 26 cm). You can also cook pies with any filling from this dough! It turns out sooooo tasty. Or you can freeze the dough. After defrosting, it is no worse!
I roll out the dough, adding flour.
I spread it on a dry preheated frying pan and fry the cake on one side over medium heat (until a slight "blush").
I turn the cake over. And I spread the filling. I made a tomato sauce (I make it myself). I added salt and some dry oregano (I love its taste in pizza)!
I put two types of cheese on top (hard and mozzarella). Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
And that's it! You can cut and taste. Serve hot, of course!

• Cottage cheese - 250 g
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Flour ~ 200 g
• Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
• Salt - a pinch
• Sugar - 1 tsp.
• Soda (extinguish with vinegar) - 0.5 tsp.

• Sauce (tomato slices in their own juice + salt + oregano)
• Hard cheese
• Mozzarella
