Ingredients:
- Chinese cabbage - 400 g
- boiled beets - 1 pc. (small)
- carrots - 1 pc.
- peeled sunflower seeds - 20 g
- garlic - 2 cloves
- dill - bunch
- sunflower oil - 5 tbsp. l.
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. First of all, fill the seeds with water for about 15 minutes so that they become softer.
2. Chop a small head of Chinese cabbage. Transfer the chopped cabbage to a bowl.
In a bowl with cabbage, three grated carrots for Korean carrots.
3. On a separate plate, three boiled beets. Pour some sunflower oil on it and stir it so that it does not stain other vegetables.
4. Add the prepared beets to the salad bowl.
5. Chop the dill finely and add it to the salad too. We also put softened seeds here.
6. Salt, pepper and add 1 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar. Season the salad with sunflower oil and squeeze out 2 cloves of garlic.
Mix the salad and serve.
