This jelly is good because it saturates the body with useful flaxseed oils and reduces the feeling of "false hunger", thereby eliminating these constant overeating.
Ingredients:
1. Flax Seeds - Barley (dark or light)
2. Raspberries / currants - a handful (or others. berries from the freezer)
3. Water - 1 glass (ideally melted)
4. Dates - 3-5 pcs (or other sweetener)
5. Cinnamon - a pinch (not cassia)
Preparation
In the evening, poured flax seeds into a mug (or other container), poured water at room temperature and left them "come to life" on the table until the morning (it is desirable that the flax spent in the water up to 8 hours, so that harmful acid).
We rinsed the seeds with cool water, poured this slippery flax into a blender container, added berries (especially flax is well absorbed with acids) and the pulp of dates (or honey, stevia ..), sprinkled with cinnamon, added warm water.
Beat for about a minute until jelly-like, poured into a mug and drink in small sips or eat with a spoon while enjoying. Now we know how to prepare a wonderful jelly without starch, sugar and cooking.
