Spring... The sun warms up! Over the winter, we missed summer vegetables and make a fresh salad to improve digestion and lose weight (so far from vegetables purchased in proven places or our own winter greenhouses).

Ingredients:

1. Tomatoes - 5 pieces

2. Turnip onion - 1 piece (blue and white)

3. Green onions - bunch

4. Garlic - 1 clove

5. Sea salt - in kusu

6. Ground red and black pepper - a pinch

7. Linseed oil - 1 tablespoon

8. Cucumber - 1 pc (or without it)

Preparation

We washed vegetables and herbs, cut the tomatoes into large pieces (if with a cucumber, then you can grate it on a coarse grater), onions - in thin rings, smaller herbs.

Pepper, salt, poured with butter (everything is as it should be). Stirred and bon appetit, friends! (if you eat a large plate of such a salad every day, then people notice a directly noticeable improvement in the "removal of toxins")

If you pour our salad with homemade yeast-free kvass, you get a very tasty okroshka with tomatoes (there are many types of them, and not just the one we are used to with cucumbers).
