Today I want to share a recipe for pollock in a bread coat. Thanks to this recipe you will definitely fall in love with pollock. The fish is very tender, juicy and with a crispy bread crust. It turns out an absolutely gorgeous dinner, to which there is nothing to add, and nothing to remove from it, if only a vegetable salad.

Recipe:
pollock -1 kg
onion -2pcs (500g)
bread -250g
lemon juice - 6 tablespoons
vegetable oil -6-8 tbsp.
black pepper - to taste
salt -1 tsp
COOKING METHOD
We take pollock from me, wash 1 kg, remove all unnecessary, cut off the fins. I have two large onions weighing 500 grams, cut into half rings.
We take bread, it is best to take stale, at least yesterday's baking. By weight I have 250 grams, cut into cubes, put in a blender, pour in vegetable oil 4-5 tablespoons, lemon juice 2-3 tablespoons. and punch with a blender until crumbs.
We take a suitable baking sheet, grease it with oil, put onion on the bottom, sprinkle with salt, black pepper, now put pollock, sprinkle with salt, I add 1 tsp for 1 kg of pollock. salt. We add spices to taste, I add only black pepper and be sure to pour about 5-6 tbsp with lemon juice. or to taste.
Pour 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Put bread crumbs on top, distribute evenly.
We put in the oven, bake at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Thanks to onions and bread crumbs, pollock is juicy and tasty, especially when combined with a crispy bread top.
