Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a recipe for a delicious dough for pies, this dough recipe in post is especially popular with me. This recipe for pie dough is striking in its simplicity and speed, you do not need to knead anything, enough stir the dough with a spoon, and the taste of the finished pies is simply awesome, they are soft, airy, it is easy in the mouth melt.

Recipe:

for the test:

flour -400 g

water -300-350 ml

dry yeast -7 g

salt -1 tsp

sugar -1 tbsp

COOKING METHOD

And so we sift 400 grams of flour into a bowl, add 1 tbsp. sugar, half a tsp. salt, 7 grams of dry yeast.

Mix everything well and pour in necessarily warm water with a temperature of up to 50 degrees 300 ml, stir, if there is still not enough water, you can pour in more water, I pour in another 50 ml, the dough should be soft.

Cover the dough and remove to rise for 30-40 minutes.
During this time, we will prepare the filling, today I have a filling of pickled cucumbers and rice (for a detailed recipe for the filling, see the video below at 1:10 minutes)


During this time, the dough has already risen a little, we knead it well and remove it for another 30 minutes to rise.

Now grease the table and hands with vegetable oil, put the dough, knead, divide into parts. We take one bun, make a cake, put the filling and pinch, I make such elongated pies.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan,
Fry until golden brown over medium heat on both sides.

We serve hot pies to the table, they are tasty and soft even the next day.
