What always pushes us away from the diet, does not prevent us from achieving results? Basically - this is the unwillingness to endure hunger, tough restrictions and tasteless food.
To lose weight, you do not need to eat buckets of salad, wash them down with kefir and feel sorry for yourself. There is a more camphor method that will take 15 minutes a day of your time, but in the end will give you much more than those 15 minutes.
The only way that helped me lose weight was by counting calories and BJU:
Like many, I thought that losing weight can only be done by closing your mouth and practically starving. I did just that. My record is a week's hunger strike on water and then leaving the hunger strike for another week with the gradual addition of food. What did all this lead to? To problems with the gastrointestinal tract in the first place. And the fact that the weight returned even faster than it left is no need to say - everyone understands.
As soon as we return from the next diet to our usual diet, we return the excess weight. If your diet has led to excess weight, it is logical that returning to it will return excess weight. If this happens on an ongoing basis, then you need to radically change your diet, look for the food that you can always adhere to. Otherwise, it will be running in a circle.
It was a strange and, at the same time, a joyful discovery for me: I eat, but the weight goes away. If this was not happening to me, I would never have believed it. But it was not a dream and my weight was melting, and I flew from the lightness that I had found.

Breakfast - rice pancake with home-salted red fish (85 g), curd cheese (25 g) and lettuce (as much as 30 g).
Rice pancake was baked from 1 egg, 20 g of whole grain rice flour, 40 g of classic yogurt, a pinch of salt and baking powder.
Breakfast turned out to be 460 kcal.
The pancake on yogurt turned out to be so fragrant and tasty that I decided to bake pancakes on yogurt for homemade ones as a dessert for tea. And we'll eat tomorrow for breakfast with something.
My snack was fruit: 230 g of pear and 100 g of apple. I ate for a long time at work.
The snack came out on 145 kcal.
I had lunch with sorrel soup on beef broth (450 g, I always have soup with meat) with a slice of whole grain bread (25 g) and 50 g of chicken pate. I put 40 g of sour cream 15% in the soup.
Went out my lunch for 385 kcal.
My early dinner - 150 g of boiled buckwheat, 200 g of meat balls in white sauce, 150 g of vegetables.
Happened 480 kcal.
3 hours before bedtime, I drank tea with 50 g of Adyghe cheese - 130 kcal.
The result of my day is 1600 kcal. B - 94, F - 75, U - 131.
