Friends, if you (like me) like to eat chicken, juicy, tender, with aromatic spices and with a crispy crust, then do not leave the channel.
I want to share with you ideas of simple and very tasty chicken blanks that will help you prepare a simple lunch or make a dinner without problems.
And another nice bonus is the saving of your physical and material resources.
Cooking.
For cooking, I take three chilled chicken carcasses (more can be, but not less than three). Chicken weight 2 kg (approx).
First, I cut the chicken and divide it into groups - thighs, drumsticks, wings, fillets, soup set (all separately). Then I proceed to the blanks.
Preparation No. 1 Chicken thighs with cheese and onions
I add mayonnaise, dried garlic, salt to taste into the chicken thighs. I chop two onions, connect them to the thighs, mix and put in a disposable baking dish (from a fixprice).
Sprinkle the blank with cheese and send it to the freezer.
Workpiece No. 2Grill wings
I cut the wings along the phalanges. I remove the thinnest parts, and the large marinade in the sauce.
For the sauce, you need 3 tsp. l. lemon juice, dried garlic, curry or turmeric, salt (add a pinch to taste).
I mix the wings thoroughly, put them in a bag with a zip-fastener and put them in the freezer for storage. Everything will be frozen and marinated there at the same time.
You just have to get it, put it on the grill and the delicious wings will be ready.
Blank No. 3 Chicken legs in the sleeve
I will fix the baking sleeve on one side, put the chicken legs there, add a little vegetable oil, salt, spices to taste.
I tie it on the other side, mix it and send it to the freezer for storage.
Billet No. 4 Chicken fillet with vegetables
I beat the chicken fillet, salt, pepper, transfer the pieces into a disposable form from the fixprice.
I take carrots, pumpkin, onions, bell peppers. I chop, add mayonnaise, herbs. I mix everything and put it on top of the chicken fillet.
Sprinkle with cheese and send just such a tasty and dietary preparation in the freezer.
Billet No. 5 Meat in French
As in the previous version, I beat off the chicken fillet, salt, pepper, transfer to the mold. Top with mushrooms, tomato slices and chopped onions. I make a net of mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese.
I'm sending this "French-style meat" with vegetables and under a delicious cheese crust into the freezer.
Billet No. 6 Chicken fillet schnitzel
For chicken schnitzel, I take the fillet and beat it thinly. Then I roll the pieces, first in flour, then in eggs and finally in bread crumbs.
I put the chicken schnitzel on a cutting board, cover it with cling film and send it to freeze.
Preparation No. 7 Chicken fillet meatballs
I also make chicken meatballs. For this amount, it took me about 2.5 kg of minced chicken.
Meatballs are my pride and one of the most convenient soup blanks.
