Ingredients:
- fresh frozen mackerel - 2 pcs.
- champignons - 150 g
- cheese - 80 g
- garlic - 2 cloves
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
- vegetable oil - for frying
Step by step recipe
1. Cut the defrosted, gutted and well-washed mackerel into fillets.
We cut the carcass along the ridge and carefully separate the fish meat from the ridge and rib bones.
Cut off all the fins along with the bones.
If there are bones left somewhere, remove them. Salt and pepper the fish fillet to taste.
2. Rub the mushrooms on a coarse grater.
We put them in a dry frying pan and fry until the liquid evaporates.
After that, add a little oil and fry the mushrooms for a few more minutes until tender.
Let the mushrooms cool.
3. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
Add the grated cheese to the cooled mushrooms.
Squeeze the garlic into the filling through a press.
Salt everything, pepper to taste and mix well.
4. Put the filling on the prepared fillet. We do not put the filling on the very edge from the side of the head so that it does not fall out when folding.
Roll the fillet into a roll, starting from the tail.
5. We transfer the prepared rolls to a mold greased with vegetable oil.
We put the mold in the oven preheated to 180 ° C.
Bake for about 25 minutes.
