"Well-fed daddy" salad

A delicious, simple and hearty salad that men of all ages adore. Not only dads, but also boys and even grandfathers.

Salad "Well-fed dad" - I share the recipe from which all men lose their heads

Ingredients:

ham
Champignon
bulb onions
boiled egg
fresh cucumber
greens
boiled rice

How to cook:

1. Chop the mushrooms and one onion. Fry in vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cool down.

2. Cut the ham into strips, dice the cucumbers, chop another onion finely. Chop the herbs separately.

3. Boil the egg and grate.

4. Boil any rice (long, round), cool. Salt.

5. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

In the salad, everything is arbitrary: like mushrooms - add more of them, if you don't respect rice - we take less of it. In general, it is better to take everything in a ratio of about 1 to 1. Except for eggs, herbs and onions.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Season with good mayonnaise (olive, provence).

Put in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes and then you can serve.

The salad may look like any mayonnaise salad, but it is so hearty and tasty that everything is forgiven for it.
