Royal salad with cheese, ham and pickled mushrooms - from the restaurant menu

Ingredients:

150-200 gr. slicing pork leg (neck)
1 jar (150-200 gr.) Pickled honey mushrooms
100 g hard cheese
boiled potatoes

a handful of walnut kernels
2 eggs
greens for decoration

How to cook:

1. Cut the ham into thin slices, if you don't have slicing, and then into strips. It can be diced, but stripes are more interesting and the whole salad becomes a single whole when the ingredients are cut into one form.

3. Peel and chop the onions into thin strips. It needs to be scalded with boiling water for a couple of minutes. You can sauté the onion in vegetable oil, if you have time. It tastes even better this way.

4. Boil eggs and potatoes, cool and peel. Separately grate eggs and potatoes in separate bowls.

5. Finely chop the mushrooms, leaving a few pieces for decoration. Also grind the walnuts into crumbs.

6. Collect the salad in layers: onions, mushrooms, ham, potatoes, onions, eggs, cheese and nuts on top. Cover each layer with mayonnaise. Decorate with whole mushrooms and herbs.

This salad can simply be mixed in a salad bowl with good mayonnaise or sour cream and mustard mixture. Salt to taste.

Here we have such a very simple and satisfying salad. And his taste is really royal!
