potatoes
beet
carrot
stalked celery
canned peas
sauerkraut

How to cook:

4. If the cabbage is too sour, then it can be washed with cold water and chopped as well (when too long or large pieces have been fermented).

5. Any pickled mushrooms are suitable for salad. From own picking and pickling to store-bought chopped champignons or honey mushrooms. Mushrooms for an unusual vinaigrette should also be chopped.

6. Putting the salad together: mix everything in a bowl, add the canned peas. Season with salt to taste, sprinkle with chopped dill and season with vegetable oil.
