Cooking oatmeal in a tasty and healthy way!
Ingredients:
1. Oatmeal - 1 glass
2. Coconut pulp - 1 half
3. Banana - 1 piece
4. Berries - 1 tablespoon (currants, blueberries, etc.)
Preparation
The first cooking option.
We took oatmeal (not instant, but ordinary), poured it with mild hot water and let it brew for 10 minutes.
Then they immersed it in a blender container, added banana and coconut pulp and some berries (you can from the freezer).
Whipped for a few seconds and got a delicious porridge with vegetable milk (with healthy fats and coconut fiber).
The second option for cooking porridge.
You can make porridge and a little differently. We take the pulp of the coconut, put it in a blender container, add warm water, beat until milk, filter through a strainer from the coconut cake, or use it with it.
Pour the oatmeal, add the berries, chopped banana, stir, let it brew for 15 minutes, then heat it up (if you want to make the porridge warmer).
The third option is coconut oatmeal.
Beat dry oatmeal with berries and banana in a blender in warm water, then add coconut milk, mix and let it brew for 5 minutes.
