Today I want to share a recipe for the Three Glasses cake. Very easy to prepare, yet delicious. The ingredients for such a cake can always be found in the refrigerator, the cakes are moist and do not require impregnation.

Recipe:
eggs - 1pc
kefir (yogurt or fermented baked milk) -1st. (250ml)
flour -1st. (160g)
sugar -1st (200g)
cocoa powder -2 tbsp (30gr)
soda -1 tsp (lemon juice as needed)
vegetable oil -3 tbsp.
For the cream:
sour cream -500g
icing sugar -2-3 tbsp (or to taste)
walnuts to taste
COOKING METHOD
For measurement we take any glass, I have a volume of 250 ml. We take any sour milk that is in the refrigerator, kefir, fermented baked milk, I have 1 glass of yogurt today.
Add 1 tsp. soda, to be sure that the soda is extinguished, I add a little lemon juice. The mass should begin to foam, mix and set aside.
Break 1 egg into another bowl, add a glass of sugar, a pinch of salt and mix, now pour in kefir and mix again. Add 1 glass of flour and 2 t.l. cocoa powder.
Mix and add 3 tbsp. vegetable oil. The dough is ready.
Grease a form with a diameter of 20 cm with vegetable oil, pour the dough and level.
We bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes; readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer.
Remove from the mold and let cool.
Cut off the irregularities and divide the cake into 3 cake layers, first make cuts with a knife, then cut with a thread.
Let's prepare a cream for my store sour cream with a fat content of 20% 500 grams, add powdered sugar to taste, I do not like too much sweet, so I add 2-3 tbsp. spoons.
Since the sour cream is store-bought, so that the cream is not liquid, you cannot beat it with a mixer, but you just need to stir it slightly with a whisk until the powdered sugar dissolves.
We collect the cake, grease the first cake with cream, then the second cake, sprinkle the first cake with chopped nuts if desired, I have walnuts, pre-fried in a pan.
put 2 cake layers with the greased side down, grease with cream and sprinkle with nuts, put the third cake layer, grease the sides and top of the cake.
chop the cuttings with a blender and sprinkle the sides of the cake, sprinkle the top with cocoa powder and chopped nuts. We give the cake a little soak and can be cut and served with tea.
Juicy, tender and of course very tasty.
