Today's article is about a joint checkweighing. At the moment, I am in the process of raising the calorie content of the diet to my norm and is almost close to the norm (while it is 1700 kcal).
I manage to maintain weight after a long calorie deficit even by increasing my calorie intake, because the increase I spend the calorie intake slowly, allowing the body to get used to the new amount of food coming from energy.
Since the beginning of March, I began to calculate the calorie content of the diet for my husband and now he also participates in our check weighing together with readers - it is for him the same incentive as for many readers.
So, the results of our checkweighing:
My weight fluctuates in the region of 68-69 kg, and in 2 weeks my husband said goodbye to another 1.1 kg. It should be noted that for the spouse we have chosen a completely sparing weight loss regimen. Every Saturday we do not count the calorie intake for him and he eats whatever he wants (although he himself is already more moderate in his choice of food and limits himself in his favorite sweets).
It seems to me that with your soulmates in need of weight loss, you need to look for compromises, so that they feel comfortable, do not affect their work (especially if the work is physical) and morally overwhelming.
Nothing good will come of it if you constantly force something to do in terms of losing weight and compare it with others. Never say - Sashka-Petka has already lost 3 kg! And you are only 1 kg. And you don't have to compare yourself with anyone!

Today, the diet is practically in field conditions. In the morning I had breakfast and went to Moscow on business.
I had sandwiches for breakfast - these are something that you can quickly prepare, be happy to eat and perfectly full.
Sandwiches on whole grain bread (65 g) with curd cheese (25 g), carp caviar (30 g) and fish paste (55 g).
It turned out breakfast for 465 kcal.
I was freed at about one in the afternoon and decided that it was time to have a snack on the go. I bought fermented baked milk (400 ml) in the first store I came across - 270 cal.
I ate ryazhenka and went on business again. All day today on my feet, I had to walk a lot down the street. When the sun shone - beauty and even seemingly warm. But as soon as the sun hides, it gets pretty cool.
I even froze a little while walking from the metro to my destination, and I wanted something hot after the cold fermented baked milk. Realizing that I would get empty calories, I bought myself a cappuccino. 300 kcal in minus from my daily norm, but warmed up.
Here's an example of how we imperceptibly for ourselves gain a huge amount of calories per day and then wonder why we are overweight, because we eat so little. This is when you consider KBZhU, you begin to understand where excess weight sticks to us.

I had supper 100 g of chicken drumstick (weight only of meat), 150 g of boiled buckwheat, 50 g of tomato and 40 g of Korean carrots.
Dinner for 385 kcal.
And I decided to spend the remaining free calories on fried Adyghe cheese (85 g) with lettuce (20 g). I used 2 g of oil for frying. Happened 205 kcal.
I do not forget that the last meal should be 2-3 hours before bedtime.
The result of the day is 1625 kcal. B - 80, F - 85, U - 104.
I went through, of course, with fats. But I think that there is nothing wrong with that, if not on an ongoing basis.
