Do you like oatmeal? Let's try to do it a little differently. do not cook in milk with sugar, but simply soak in water (it will be no worse and much more useful). Fiber of live (bioactive) oatmeal better absorbs toxins in the body (absorbs all excess, absorbs dirt).
Ingredients:
1. Oatmeal - 1 glass
2. Cherries - a handful
3. Prunes - 5-7 pieces
4. Dried apricots - 5 pieces
5. Raisins - a handful
6. Water - 1 glass
(all these products swell inside the body, collecting everything in their path, stimulating the gastrointestinal tract to work)
Preparation
We take good quality oatmeal, pour it into a jar, fill it with cold water and put it in the refrigerator (in the evening). We also soak prunes, dried apricots and raisins in water (if they are soft, then you can just wash them in water without soaking, it will be better, then they will swell in the stomach and collect more "good").
In the morning we cut the dried fruits a little finer and put them in the oatmeal (if desired, add the cherries from the freezer with the seeds removed), pour over everything with hot water, drain. Oat milk is released from oatmeal, which is hardly distinguishable from cow's milk.
