Why spend more? Absolutely any fish turns out very tasty with this recipe. Today I have pollock.
It turns out to be so tasty that I even serve such fish to the guests. Very aromatic and very, very tasty! And it prepares for one-two-three.
I usually cook whole carcasses. I clean well, mine and that's it. But it can be disassembled into fillets. It's even more convenient.
The most important thing in this recipe is the sauce. For him, I usually take herbs, bell peppers and garlic. You can also add hot peppers if you like.
I put it in a chopper. I add a spoonful of lemon juice, mustard and oil. I grind it all up.
I put the prepared fish in a bowl, salt it and rub it with sauce on all sides.
Of course, it tastes better if the fish is marinated for at least 30 minutes. But you can cook right away.
Grease a baking sheet with oil, put onion rings on the bottom, and fish on top.
I cover the form with foil and put it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Then I remove the foil and cook for another 10-15 minutes. The fish will brown a little on top and will be completely cooked!
This is delicious!
