What could be better than homemade cakes for tea?! Nothing! Try this cake will be surprised how much it tasty and fragrant.
Ingredients:
Article 2.5. flour (or how many will take the dough out of the curd moisture)

200 gr. cottage cheese
2/3 Art. Sahara
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 h. l. baking powder

Preparation:
1. Beat softened butter with sugar.
Add cheese and stir.
Sift flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar.
Pour the flour into the curd mass, knead the dough.
Wrap in foil and the dough for 30 minutes, put into the refrigerator.
2. Wash apples, peel and remove the seed pods.
Cut the apples in half.
In the center of each apple put slice of orange or tangerine.
You can also use dates, pitted, dried apricots, prunes, walnuts half.
3. Divide dough into two parts. One roll out.
Lay baking parchment and brush with oil.
4. Put in a baking roll the dough layer, distribute it in such a way to get the bumpers.
