- be afraid of fats and exclude them from the diet, because they are very high in calories and at the same time do not think about what harm is done not only to their beauty, but also to health in the first place, depriving themselves of fat-soluble vitamins,
- be afraid of carbohydrates, believing that they are immediately deposited on their sides (forgetting that the body simply needs the energy that is given complex carbohydrates),
- know all diets, almost all have tried them, but they constantly return excess weight back,
- know the difference between the calorie content of a cucumber with a peel and without a peel (I donโt understand why to be driven to such an extent - this is already some kind of fanaticism),
- consider the restrictions and diets terrible and can't wait until the next diet ends and you can eat whatever you want and finally get a lot of tasty treats,
- depend on the numbers on the scales, controlling your weight every day (and this makes no sense, because the weight is influenced by many factors - from "too much salty" to the female cycle).
All of the above is not our topic, because we:
- we do not starve, but at the same time we do not overeat, knowing our norm,
- we try to form a balanced diet,
- enjoy food,
- we eat comfortably.
Here for tasty, comfortable weight loss, for a balanced diet, which is becoming habitual, replacing old eating habits.

For breakfast I decided to pamper myself with fried Adyghe cheese with spices (100 g), I really like it, as well as scrambled eggs from two eggs and 100 g of cucumber and lettuce leaves.
Breakfast came out on 425 kcal.
For a snack, I finished the last slice of jellied raspberry pie with green tea, which I always drink without sugar and other sweeteners (120 g) - 210 kcal.
Again I didnโt cook soup for lunch (I was lazy, because I got off work late again), so the second day was without soup. But stocks from the refrigerator are always saved and today it was decided not to bother with lunch and cook dumplings.
150 g of dumplings (raw / frozen weight) and 40 g of sour cream 15% came out on my 390 kcal.
For dinner I warmed up fish cakes (200 g) and cut vegetables (tomato, lettuce - total weight 180 g). Vegetables drizzled with 3 g of olive oil.
Dinner went out on 380 kcal.
And 3 hours before bedtime I drank tea with 50 g of dried mango - 160 kcal.
My day turned out to be 1565 kcal. B - 99, F - 77, U - 113. I do not forget about the rate of water and at least an elementary exercise.
I also want to remind you about skin care. During the period of weight loss, especially with a lot of weight, our skin needs special care more than ever.
Do you also want to eat comfortably and at the same time lose weight, forgetting about excess weight forever, gradually changing your eating habits and finding your comfortable food?
Then a little information for you about what you need in the first step:
- remember that even at school we had math lessons,
- buy kitchen electronic scales,
- download to your phone any calorie counter convenient for you (I use sieve 30, free),
- come to terms with the fact thatyou will have to weigh the food and write it down in the calorie counter.
- forget about constant fast food, a sea of โโsweets and choose healthier food that will suit you saturate for a long time, and after which you will not want to eat after 15 minutes, which means - to balance the diet according to BZHU.
At first it seems to everyone that all this is difficult, time consuming and tedious. But in reality - no! Over time, automatism develops, and the results are pleasing.
Of course, it is much easier, sitting exactly on the fifth point and chewing a bun, to argue how difficult it is to count calories and how impossible it is to lose weight with heredity, a wide bone, certain sores. But at the same time, do not even try to figure it out and at least try.
But everyone has his own path, which he chooses himself. While you are sitting reading and chewing a bun, others are already trying on new backgammon on their slender figure. Catch up!
