I myself have never thought about the calorie content of food and, like many of you, went on hungry diets, hoping to lose weight once and for all.

Sunday breakfast - cheesecakes. I missed the cottage cheese and wanted cheese pancakes.
200 g of cheesecakes and 40 g of strawberry jam came out on 530 kcal
I had a snack of coffee with milk (60 g), syrup (15 g) and cheese (55 g).
It turned out to be a snack 280 kcal.
For lunch, I baked a turkey drumstick in spices according to the recipe I recently shared with you. It is very convenient - I took the legs out of the freezer in the morning, they defrosted closer to dinner, rubbed them with spices in a secret way, which I described in the recipe, and immediately into the oven. You do not need to marinate for a long time, and the meat turns out to be all saturated with the taste and aroma of spices. I'll leave the video recipe in the reminder.
200 g of vegetable salad, seasoned with 5 g of aromatic sunflower oil and 150 g of turkey drumstick for lunch - 370 kcal.
Today I want to share with you photos of our Saturday walk. The weather was wonderful, and with our new "war horses" we drove around all VDNKh, captured the Botanical Garden and Ostankino Park. Great ride - sea fun!
By the way, having stopped by the Botanical Garden, we found a picturesque place with a tree by the pond and decided there take a picture, and then my husband remembered that it was in this place that more than two years ago I had was photographed. It was about September of the year, then I had already lost about 20 kilograms.
Having got rid of excess weight, I not only helped my body to maintain health, not only began to like myself, but also began to enjoy active recreation, from long walks, cycling and now on scooter.
By the way, I thought that I would not get tired of riding, because the scooter is electric, but I was mistaken. By the evening, I felt the muscles of the legs, and the muscles of the back, and even the muscles of the arms.

Back to the menu. Sunday dinner consisted of what I usually eat for breakfast. But today I wanted to change traditions and eat a rice pancake with curd cheese (20 g) and lightly salted fish (60 g) in the evening.
For the rice pancake I took: 1 chicken egg, 30 g sour cream, 20 g whole grain rice flour, a little salt and baking powder.
Dinner - 395 kcal.
The total calorie content of the day was 1575 kcal. B - 111, F - 82, U - 93.
