Today I want to share with you a simple recipe for cooking trout.
I agree that such a fish - not the cheapest fun, but sometimes, especially during the holidays, lovers of fish can afford such yummy.

You can take any red fish.
With red fish main thing is not to spoil the taste of spices. I use the minimum amount of seasoning.
I needed:
- brown trout about 1 kg - you can use any red fish, as I said.
- a tablespoon of lemon juice,
- salt, black pepper to taste (I use a mixture of 4 peppers)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil.
And then it's simple.
Fish to clean, wash well, do not forget about the scales.
Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
On the fish make a few cuts and good coat with marinade.
If possible, give stand 15-20 minutes.
And you can immediately send in the oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
The time depends on the size of your fish, perhaps more, perhaps less.
