Ingredients:
champignons - 250g

milk - 5 tablespoons
breadcrumbs - 3 tablespoons

Mushrooms recommend taking small, to cook them whole. If you have a large field mushrooms - it's okay, just cut them into 2 parts.
Mushrooms cook in boiling salted water after 10 minutes. Then leans give colander and drain water.
