Yes, they are nutritious and available food, but... The restaurant serves a very different salads that go bad at home celebrations and banquets. Although the ingredients in them are quite usual, and a combination of original and taste.

Salad "Diplomat"

Ingredients:

1 beet
2 eggs
2 potatoes
green onions
mayonnaise
2 smoked herring or capelin 4

Preparation:

1. Salad like a "herring under a fur coat", but without herring and carrots. For the salad you need to boil the potatoes and eggs.
2. Beets Bake 25-35 minutes at 200 degrees, it is better to do it in foil.
3. Peel the baked beets and grate.


4. Potatoes are also clean and rub only on the small side of the grater.
5. Eggs studio, peel and cut into cubes.
6. Chives using kitchen scissors, cut diagonally.
7. Smoked fish free from bones, head and tail. Finely chop.
8. Put the salad layers: beets, fish, potatoes, egg, beetroot and egg. Coat each layer mayonnaise prisolit if needed. Decorate the salad with red caviar and chopped chives.

Salad "Russian Beauty"

Ingredients:

250 gr. chicken (boiled, smoked or breast)
2 potatoes
1 carrot
1 head of onions
1 jar of canned mushrooms
50 ml of a 9% vinegar
mayonnaise
150 c. hard cheese
3 cherry tomato
greens

Preparation:

1. Boil the potatoes and carrots, then cool and grate in different plates.
2. Onions cut into small cubes, pour into a bowl and pour the vinegar with the same amount of water. Leave on for 10 minutes.
3. Chicken fillet disassembled into fibers or chop finely. Put the chicken on a serving platter, spread with mayonnaise.
4. Open a jar of mushrooms, leave a few pieces for decoration, the rest crushed and put on the chicken. Mayonnaise do not need to cover.
5. Sprinkle mushrooms pickled onions.
6. Lubricate onion mayonnaise and cover with grated potatoes.
7. Potatoes also fluff mayonnaise and sprinkle the carrots.

8. Cheese a little freeze and grate, make it a "cap" on the salad. Garnish with slices of cherry tomatoes, herbs and mushrooms.

Salad "Georgian"

Ingredients:

2 tomatoes
cucumber
red onions
5 walnut kernels
2-4 sprigs of cilantro
2-3 sprigs of basil
100 gr. sour cream
salt
red pepper

Preparation:

1. Tomatoes and cucumbers wash, cut into fairly large. Cucumber better to clean from the skin.
2. Onion cut into thin half-rings.
3. On a plate mix cucumber, tomato, onion, coriander and basil leaves.
4. Add salt and season with hot pepper, sour cream.
5. Nuts grate directly into the salad. Serve immediately.
