Recipe Chicken fillet in batter

Suitable for everyday cooking and for the holiday table.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 500 g
Fresh rosemary - 1 sprig
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil
For the batter:
Wheat or corn flour - 50 g
Chicken Egg - 2 pcs small size
Milk
Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

1. Carefully my chicken well obsushivayut napkins or paper towels.

2. Cut the prepared meat on the same oblong pieces. Then rub each slice with salt, pepper and spices to taste. Leave for a few minutes.

3. Meanwhile, make the batter.
Chicken eggs mix with wheat (or corn) flour.

4. Heat the deep pan vegetable oil (pour it so that it covers the bottom of approximately 3-4 cm).
Add to the butter a sprig of rosemary and brown the garlic clove in order to become a fragrant oil (watch closely so that the oil does not boil and only slightly to boil).

5. After 1 minute, pull out the rosemary and garlic (no longer useful, throwing).

6. Each piece of meat on both sides dip in batter and carefully spread on a hot griddle.

7. Once the batter from the bottom browned until golden brown - turn over. Fry over moderate heat!

8. Finished pieces spread on a cloth or paper towels to get rid of excess fat.
