✅ Today I want to share a very tasty and quick dessert made from cookies. My husband loves this dessert and is even ready to "eat" it every day for tea.
Since I began to cook this sweetness, there is always a pack of cookies in reserve in my house (just in case). I spend 5 minutes on cooking. 😉

It is better to take shortbread cookies, but any will do. The recipe is universal. I usually buy a large Jubilee pack.
I break the liver into pieces. I spend a minute on this.
I add cocoa. I don't know about you, but I always have a pack or two at home.
Now optional you can add nuts or seeds (if there). I had crushed peanuts at home.
I take butter (melt in the microwave in seconds) and add to the cookies.
I add warm milk or brewed coffee or tea. Today I do it with coffee (you can just make it with instant coffee, but I have a coffee machine, I'm generally a coffee fan, my dessert will be especially aromatic).
Then there are 2 options: either take a can of condensed milk (you can boiled, you can ordinary), or 2 bars of chocolate. I had bitter chocolate.
The chocolate must be melted (if used) and added to the cookies. In the microwave for a few seconds and the chocolate has melted, you can use a water bath if there is no microwave.
I mix everything.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar or coconut if desired. I send it to the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes, while I wait for guests and it's ready. If you have time, you can leave it in the refrigerator for a longer period. I cut and serve. Bon Appetit!
