If you still think that you can only lose weight by starving and shutting your mouth shut and breaking loose every time due to severe restrictions and do not achieve a result - it's time to reconsider your views on the process losing weight.

I also tortured myself with diets, hunger, but the results were fleeting, and the weight returned very quickly. It was not enough to say that it upset me. I practically gave up on myself, convincing myself that I have a wide bone, heredity, hormones are naughty, and a poor metabolism.
But that all changed when I decided to try calorie counting.
It was a discovery for me that it is necessary to eat in order to lose weight once and for all.
Diets didn't get me anywhere except walking in circles.
But thanks to nutritional control by counting calories, I managed to lose weight (and even achieve results that I had never dreamed of).
And the bone turned out to be not so wide, and heredity had nothing to do with it, and everything is in order with hormones.
And now I am successfully maintaining the weight, while allowing myself to relax and eat delicious treats, because I am in control of my diet.
What is the basic principle of calorie counting?

Breakfast - sandwiches on whole grain bread (65 g) with curd cheese (25 g), carp caviar (40 g) and fish paste (55 g).
Breakfast made up 475 kcal.
For a snack I ate a pear (150 g) and drank green tea with curd casserole (160 g).
I did it 265 kcal for a snack.
For lunch I cooked pasta with minced meat (pork) and onions for everyone.
My portion of pasta (200 g) and 95 g of cucumber went out to - 425 kcal.
If I used minced chicken, there would be significantly fewer calories. But I decided to say goodbye to all the freezer supplies, so pork was used. But even such a calorie dinner fit perfectly into the calorie content of my daily diet.
I warmed up cheese soup for dinner. My serving of soup (450g) and 25g of whole grain bread went out to 375 kcal.
And 3 hours before bedtime, I ate 150 g of orange - 55 kcal.
The calorie content of my Sunday diet was 1595 kcal.
B - 89, F - 73, U - 144. I do not forget about the drinking regime.
I would like to be a little outraged today.
I don't know why I did it, but I went into my personal messages on social networks and looked through them, although I promised not to go there at all.
Regular readers know why I closed the messages and do not read them, I will not explain now.
Unfortunately, nothing has changed.
As they wrote all sorts of nasty things, so they write, but everyone demands something from me. It creates the impression that I owe everyone: someone has a free menu for a month for weight loss, someone to chew and put in their mouth what is already chewed a thousand times, and for some reason someone wants to hear from me the advice that doctors usually ask doctors (here I don't understand the motives at all of people).
But I want to be indignant about this.
There are a lot of messages of the type:
- I have already two days I count calories, but the weight still stands still, there is no result! Calorie counting doesn't work for me! Are you serious girls? Why not a couple of hours counting and already looking for results on the scales?
Eating fat for years - this time flies by unnoticed. And what we have been stocking up for years in a couple of weeks, while not losing health and eating normally? There is no such thing!
Or we switch to nutritional control by counting calories and eat normally, in a balanced way and slowly move towards our goal, along the way, me my eating habits and lifestyle. Or you need to look for other (extreme) ways to lose weight, but then forget about your health, and also forget about saving the results in the future.
And also this kind of message:
- The whole month the weight went off perfectly, every day for 100-150 g, and here once and immediately a kilogram is a plus. After this, my hands give up, your calorie counting does not work on me.
The process of losing weight cannot always be linear. The numbers on the scales depend a lot on water, which is retained in our body for a number of reasons. And water retention can be caused by a huge number of factors: from "overeat salty" and drank a little water, to the phases of the female cycle. Yes, during women's days, for example, in a woman's body, under the influence of hormones, there can be a water retention of up to 1.5-2 kg! and these - 1.5-2 kg kg, you will immediately see on the scales! However, one phase will change to another and the excess fluid will go away as easily as it came.
It is unrealistic to eat 2 kg of fat in a couple of days, just as it is unrealistic to lose 2 kg of fat in a few days.
It seems that all adults, but for some reason want miracles and do not want to show patience, including common sense.
All our lives we make choices. Our every day consists of many big and small steps, deeds that affect the way our life will turn out.
And if you want not only to lose weight, but also to maintain both health and the results of weight loss - you you also need to make a choice, a choice in favor of long-term work on yourself and a gradual change in your nutrition.
