Today I will share a very cool recipe for making lunch or dinner. Such recipes are a real salvation for working mothers, because the dishes do not get dirty (only a knife and a cutting board), time is saved, labor costs are minimal,
and the whole family is fed. In general, lately I really fell in love with this method of cooking, and I highly recommend it to those who have not cooked this way before, be sure to try.
So, all the preparatory manipulations can be done on a cutting board.
I use two boneless chicken thighs for this recipe. I cut them into small cubes and salt right on the board, add suneli hops, ground paprika and mix well.
I send the prepared meat to a baking bag. I rinse the board and cut one bell pepper into strips and a large onion, peel the garlic, but do not cut it.
I also send vegetables in a package for meat. You can use any vegetables, even frozen ones. Then I rinse one glass of bulgur (can be replaced with buckwheat) well under running water and also send it to a bag. I add salt and mix the entire contents of the bag by turning it in different directions. Be sure to add one bay leaf and a few tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Then I pour two and a half glasses of HOT water into the bag, tie a knot, make several punctures and send it to the oven already preheated to 200 degrees for 1 hour.
The result is a delicious, satisfying and aromatic dish that can feed the whole family.
And most importantly, the dishes and kitchen are clean, and the family is deliciously fed.
