Today I want to invite you to cook a very tasty and incredibly tender cake, which is prepared without baking.
It is easy and quick to prepare, you just have to wait for the cream to stabilize.

For the basis, we need
- 240 grams or 30 pcs. Savoyardi cookies are airy biscuit cookies
For cream
- 600 grams of soft, pasty curd without grains
You can use any soft, pasty curd you like. If desired, cottage cheese in this recipe can be replaced with cream cheese.

- add 350 grams of condensed boiled milk to the curd
Beat everything with a mixer until smooth and airy.
If you have cottage cheese with grains, then first it is better to beat it with a blender or rub it through a sieve.
The cream turns out to be delicate and airy, while it keeps its shape perfectly.
Preparing the cookie impregnation
Mix together
- 230 grams (ml) milk
- 40 grams and 1 full tbsp. a spoonful of boiled condensed milk
Let's form a cake
We immerse the cookies in the impregnation, turn the cookies over a couple of times and let the impregnation drain. It is not necessary to keep the biscuits in the impregnation for a long time, the porous biscuits quickly absorb the impregnation.
- put the cookies in one layer on a plate
Install a detachable mold and an acetate film. If there is no form, then so that the cake is even, it is better to spread the cream with a pastry bag.
Divide the cream visually into 3 parts
- spread 1/3 of the cream on the cookies and evenly level
- sprinkle cream with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sifted cocoa
Next, repeat the layers
- spread the soaked biscuits on cocoa in one layer
- cover the cookies 1/3 part of the cream
- sprinkle cream with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sifted cocoa
- spread the soaked biscuits on cocoa in one layer
- spread and level the remaining cream on the cookies
Putting the cake in the fridge and preparing the icing
- 40 grams (ml) milk and 60 grams of butter
We heat in a microwave oven or in a water bath until hot, no need to boil. The oil should completely dissolve.
- pour 100 grams of chopped dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 50% into hot milk with butter
Pour so that the chocolate is completely covered with milk. Wait a couple of minutes for the chocolate to melt and stir with a whisk until smooth.
- the icing is ready, cover the cake with icing
We cover the cake with cling film and put it in the refrigerator so that it is saturated and stabilized for 5-6 hours. If you wish, you can make a cake in the evening and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
