Delicious fried mushrooms, which I often cook lately. I like this recipe because the mushrooms are fried quickly - it takes about 15 minutes to cook, and now there is a whole plate of mouth-watering mushrooms on the table. I highly recommend the recipe!

Preparation:

We need 300g of champignons. If the mushrooms are small, then you can leave it right, and if large, then you need to cut in half or cut into plates.

Let's prepare the batter. In a bowl, mix 2 egg yolks, 2 tablespoons of milk, a pinch of salt, if desired, add pepper or other spices - for example, dried garlic. Stir until smooth.

Pour 4 tablespoons of flour into another bowl.

Dip each mushroom in the egg mixture and roll in flour. If you want more batter, then we make another layer: first into an egg, then into flour.

Put the champignons in a pan with heated vegetable oil. There should be a lot of oil, it will take about 300 ml, because the mushrooms should be deep-fried.

Fry on both sides until golden brown.

That's all)) Delicious champignons in batter are ready in a pan. Serve with garlic-sour cream sauce, cheese and any other sauce in general.
